Raised in the working class town of Cessnock, NSW with a Celtic heritage, Kieran Glasgow comes with an honest and down to earth approach to his music.
Glasgow’s lyrical intelligence, genuine sentiment and unbridled vocal talent, was born of the alternate country music scene. His influences include Ryan Adams, Paul Kelly and Harry Manx.
With acoustic guitar, foot percussion and lapsteel guitars, Kieran’s creates a solid little back beat.
Glasgow’s new solo album is “Harvesting Time”. His songwriting and performance is always engaging and this album is no exception.
